At TikTakRent, we offer convenient ways to receive your ordered children's goods and cleaning equipment in Krakow. Choose the option that suits you best!

🚚 Delivery in Krakow by Our Courier Service

We ensure your order is deliveredpunctually and conveniently.

Standard City Delivery:
- Minimum order value for delivery: 50 PLN (excluding the delivery cost itself).
- Cost: 20 PLN for each courier trip (delivery OR pickup).
- How it works:
  - Delivery is carried out by our own transport.
  - Important: The courier delivers goods to the building entrance (house/staircase).
  - Carrying items upstairs is not included.
  - We try to accommodate your preferred delivery time, but it is not always possible due to route schedules.
  - You will receive an SMS message the day before delivery with the approximate arrival time of the courier.
  - The driver will additionally call you approximately 30 minutes before arrival.
⭐ Special Timed Delivery (✈️🚂🚌 Airport, Train/Bus Stations):
- Destination: Delivery to Krakow-Balice Airport (KRK), Krakow Główny main train station, or MDA Krakow main bus station.
- Cost: 100 PLN.
- Conditions: Delivery is made at the exact time specified by you. Please arrange such delivery in advance so we can confirm its feasibility.

📍 Self-Pickup from Our Location (Free of Charge)

Collect your order yourself at a time convenient for you!

Address: ul. Skalna 3/1, Krakow.
Pickup point opening hours: Daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Condition: Self-pickup is possible only by prior arrangement. Please contact us to schedule a time.

📦 Delivery by GLS and InPost Courier Services (for small items)

For smaller items weighing up to 30 kg, we offer delivery via popular courier services.

Available options:
- GLS courier (door-to-door delivery)
- InPost courier (door-to-door delivery)
- InPost parcel lockers (self-pickup from a selected locker)
Conditions:
- Applies to small packages weighing up to 30 kg.
- Delivery is carried out according to the regulations and terms of the selected courier company (GLS or InPost).
- The cost and delivery times will be calculated during checkout depending on the weight, dimensions, and selected service. (If this is the case; otherwise – state a fixed cost or how it is determined)
